Paintable and trimmable

Note: The foam sealant should not be used on surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

Kind reminder

1. Foaming agent+hose package, which is a disposable item. If you need to use it multiple times, you need to purchase the hose separately!

2. After the construction of the foaming agent glue gun, it is necessary to clean the residual debris inside the metal glue gun with cleaning agent in a timely manner, otherwise it will affect the next use!

3. The foaming agent needs to be poured upside down because the foaming material inside is pushed out through compressed gas. If poured upside down, it will cause only the gas to flow out without leaving the foaming material. Once the gas has run out, the foaming agent must be discarded and be careful!

Construction precautions

① Before construction, please prepare well, wear gloves, and work clothes. This product has strong adhesion after solidification

Clothing fibers have permeability, so please do not touch the clothes when using them. It is best to wear protective glasses. If the sealant is accidentally sprayed into the eyes during construction, please rinse it with water or follow medical advice. After touching the skin, rinse the foaming agent with soap and water. After touching the skin, please rinse it with soap and clear water in a timely manner.

② The construction site should have ventilation conditions and should not be close to fire sources, smoking is not allowed, and surrounding objects should be covered with waste newspapers to prevent contamination by sprayed colloids.

③ Remove surface dust and oil stains before construction. When the humidity is below 50 degrees, spray a little water on the construction surface, otherwise the curing will be slow. Shake the charging tank evenly for one minute before use, and construct the vertical gap from bottom to top. Before the foam is cured, clean the foaming agent outlet and the foaming agent gun with cleaning agent.

④ The surface drying time is about 5 minutes, and it can be cut after 30 minutes. It is recommended to cut after 1 hour, reach stability after 3-5 hours, and fully cure after 24 hours.

⑤ Polyurethane foam sealant is an elastic foam with strong viscosity and closed cell structure, which is self-expanding and water vapor curing. The normal use temperature is+5 ℃~+35 ℃, and the optimal use temperature is+18 ℃~+25 ℃.

⑥ The sealant can adhere to the surface of substrates such as concrete, wood, metal, and plastic, but does not include Teflon oil silicone resin.

⑦ The used material can is strictly prohibited from burning or piercing, and should not be touched by children.

⑧ The product should be stored in a ventilated warehouse with a temperature of 15 ℃~35 ℃, and kept away from ignition, heat sources, and flammable materials to avoid exposure to sunlight
